Joe Amara, President
Joe Amara began his career in renewable energy executive search in 2007 and has spent nearly two decades recruiting senior leaders across the power and energy sector. He has partnered with independent power producers, original equipment manufacturers, and project developers across wind, solar, CCGT and battery storage. Throughout his career, Joe and his team have successfully completed more than 300 executive searches across the United States, Canada, Brazil, Chile, and Mexico, helping clients identify and recruit the leadership talent required to build, develop, and grow their organizations.
Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Labor Relations.
Natalie Larson, Executive Recruiter
Natalie Larson focuses on forging relationships with professionals within renewable energy and emerging infrastructure. Natalie is a 2019 graduate of Illinois State University, with a degree in Sociology, Business Environment and Sustainability. Natalie, a Naperville native, is an avid equestrian.

Ansley Mepham, Associate Recruiter
Ansley supports the delivery of executive searches, with responsibility for candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Originally from Atlanta, Ansley is a 2024 graduate of Georgia State University, where she earned a degree in Psychology with a focus on human behavior and decision-making. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends.

Daphne Jimenez, Jr. Research Associate
As a Jr. Research Associate, Daphne specializes in identifying potential candidates within power generation, transmission, and digital infrastructure. A Chicago native, Daphne enjoys reading poetry and spending time with her family.

Alejandra Ojeda Torres, Analyst
Alejandra supports the firm’s organizational advisory and international market strategy work, helping clients assess leadership needs, workforce strategy, and market-entry opportunities, with a particular focus on cross-border business between the United States, Latin America, and Europe. She also helps develop relationships with international companies and business organizations seeking to expand their presence in the U.S. market.
Born and raised in Mexico City, Alejandra graduated from Beloit College with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Management, with a minor in Environmental Studies. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, going to concerts, and playing padel.
