Beginning his renewable energy executive search career in 2007, Joe Amara represents independent power producers, original equipment manufacturers and project developers within wind, solar and battery storage. Joe and his team have completed over 300 searches throughout the United States, Canada, Brazil, Chile and Mexico. Joe has a Bachelors in Political Science and a Masters Degree in Labor Relations.

Originally from Oak Park, Christy is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys staying grounded through yoga in her free time.

Nick Laskey is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in executive search and recruitment. Before joining Joe Amara Executive Search, Nick held pivotal roles at renowned organizations, including Google, where he specialized in recruiting senior technical and go-to-market professionals for Google Cloud. His tenure at PierceGray honed his expertise in executive search within private equity-backed environments, where he successfully placed leadership talent across diverse portfolio companies. Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and brings a strategic, results-driven approach to identifying and securing top talent.
