Sr. Associate, Corporate Finance

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Finance to join a fast-paced and entrepreneurial finance team.

This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting an active equity raise exceeding $400MM, developing corporate and project-level financial models, and collaborating with development and executive teams on capital strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of financial modeling, capital markets exposure, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, transaction-driven environment.

• Develop, manage, and enhance Excel-based financial models for both corporate finance and project-level initiatives.
• Support leadership in structuring and executing debt and equity transactions, including lender and investor presentations.
• Partner cross-functionally with commercial, development, and accounting teams to evaluate capital allocation and deal economics.
• Prepare board materials, investor decks, and internal performance analyses.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and decision-making frameworks.

• 3–6 years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, or investment banking, ideally within the energy, infrastructure, or industrials sectors.
• Strong background in financial modeling, analysis, and scenario planning.
• Direct or supporting exposure to capital markets transactions (debt or equity).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex financial concepts clearly.
