What We Do
We lead confidential retained searches for C-suite, senior commercial, and specialized technical leadership across power generation, transmission infrastructure, and digital infrastructure. Our clients are independent power producers, developers, private equity firms, infrastructure funds, and the capital providers backing them.
Every engagement is a partnership with a board or a leadership team. We work discreetly, we work on retainer, and we take on a small number of searches at a time so that each one gets senior attention from start to finish.
How We Work
Specialization is the whole method. Joe began recruiting in renewable energy in 2007, and the team has completed more than 300 searches across the United States, Canada, Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. That history is what lets us reach candidates who are not looking, and advise clients on what a role should actually be before the search begins.
The market has moved quickly. Firm power is now the constraint on digital infrastructure growth, and the companies building generation and data centers together need leaders who understand both.
