Director Project Finance

We are seeking a Director, Project Finance to lead financing on utility-scale renewable energy projects. The primary responsibilities of this position are raising tax equity, debt financing, and procuring the optimal post-IRA structured finance options for utility-scale renewables. Those with deal-making acumen are strongly encouraged to apply.

The preferred candidate has 5-10 years of utility-scale solar, storage, and/or wind experience, tax equity and debt financing, a significant grasp of the IRA, and relationships with capital providers.

• Lead project finance transactional activities on utility-scale renewable projects, including negotiating tax equity agreements, debt financing, complete end-to-end management of financing transactions.
• Independently build and manage relationships with capital providers such as banks, tax equity providers, infra funds, and other external parties to ensure 100% success of third-party financing efforts.
• Lead and mentor your deal team; financial modeling, analyze financial impacts, provide guidance.
• Coordinate with executives, M&A, development, and power marketing.
