Our client is a multinational energy company in need of a VP of Software and Product Development. Reporting to the Global CTO, the Director is responsible for an international team of 10, purposed to develop and reinforce embedded systems.
- Understand company’s software, firmware and team member proficiencies
- Strategic plan creation, communication, and implementation.
- Manage team: Scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and plan implementation.
- Create a user interface.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or relevant experience)
- 10 years of embedded firmware and software design and development
- C#, C++, Linux, Java
- Waterfall or Agile development experience
