We are seeking a Vice President of Project Finance for a technology agnostic IPP. Reporting to the CEO, the VP will lead all third-party financing efforts; including tax equity, and construction financing.
The preferred candidate has 10+ years of experience; 2+ years leading a renewable energy project finance team. Applicants must have current project finance experience with an IPP or project developer.
- Leadership; mentor, coach, and build a positive work environment. Hire analysts or associates as needed.
- Lead financing activities of a multi-gigawatt renewable energy portfolio, including tax equity financing, and debt financing.
- Provide guidance on financial models, analysis of financial impacts, identify risks within contracts, and manage relationships with third-party financiers.
- Develop a replicable, scalable financial review process.
- Develop customer pricing strategy.
- Coordinate with development, M&A, and power marketing teams.
