We seeking a Sr. Manager, BESS Development. The Sr. Manager will develop late stage standalone storage projects located in MISO, ERCOT, CAISO and PJM. Our client has grown substantially by acquiring BESS projects and implementing an effective greenfield development campaign.
The preferred candidate has 3+ years of project development experience in either wind, solar, or storage.
- Responsibilities include: environmental permitting, stakeholder communications, scheduling, risk identification, and managing consultants.
- Collaborate with greenfield development team and EPC team to quickly advance projects.
- Manage relationships with key off takers, utilities, financial counterparties.
- Maintain project control tools for assigned projects, data rooms, budgets, and coordinate efforts with key members of finance team and executive team.
- Travel 25%-35%
