Joe Amara Executive Search is pleased to announce our partnership with a leading investment firm seeking to substantially expand their renewable energy portfolio. We are seeking a seasoned renewable energy executive, or preferably an entire development team, to pitch their business plan to a well-established investment firm, with over $10BB of tax equity invested and under management.
The MD Renewable Energy Investments is responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive business plan which leverages existing relationships and infrastructure to expand our client’s presence in the renewable energy industry.
The business plan should identify our client’s unique opportunity to expand its efforts in the renewable energy space to date, considering the changing landscape following the passage and implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act (“IRA”), as well as outline the risks, rewards, and profitability proposition.
- Create fundraising materials for potential capital sources.
- Identify and execute on pipeline investment opportunities.
- Direct and lead all support staff related to acquisition, underwriting, asset management, and reporting roles.
