Director, Project Finance

We are seeking a Director, Project Finance to join a growing project developer. Reporting to the CFO, this role will assist with complex structured transactions for a large multi-GW portfolio.

The preferred candidate has 8-10 years of experience within power generation project finance, preferably renewables. Storage is plus but not required.

• Participate in project finance transactional activities on assigned projects, including negotiating tax equity agreements, end-to-end management of financing transactions, the financial aspects of BTA, PPAs, term sheets, and other financial documents and contracts.
• Independently build and manage relationships with bankers, insurance brokers, engineers, and other external relationships to ensure access to capital and 100% success of third-party financing efforts.
• Financial modeling, analyze financial impacts, and help manage projects with third-party financiers.
• Collaborate with team members on financial models including review of capital expenditures, operating costs, energy price curves for production.
• Coordinate with development, M&A, and power marketing teams.
