We are seeking a Client Manager to expand our renewable energy and emerging infrastructure client base. The ideal candidate as 5-10 years of full-desk recruiting agency or sales experience. Your goal is to expand our client base by showcasing our capabilities and in-depth industry knowledge. Successfully execute on engagements by solving client recruiting problems while providing exceptional service.
Business Development:
- Develop new business by cold calling target list to expand our emerging infrastructure client base.
- Represent our firm in a professional manner by highlighting our capabilities, in-depth industry knowledge, and straight forward recruiting process.
- Leverage our large database of candidates familiar with building novel infrastructure.
Executive Search
- You are the leader of your client engagements and serve as the main point of contact.
- Coordinate with recruiting team members to build candidate pipeline.
- Serve as an educator and advocate; champion our clients by effectively communicating attributes and business strategy, addressing candidate queries, explain interview process.
- Navigate clients through the candidate selection and interview process, advising hiring managers on top performers.
- Collect feedback from both hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Be well organized in applicant tracking.
- Manage interview scheduling, maintain consistent communication with all involved parties, and guide candidates seamlessly through the process to a successful offer.
- Extend verbal and written offers on behalf of clients, clarifying offer details, and facilitating effective communication between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth placement.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of agency recruiting or sales experience, preferably within STEM, capital markets, energy trading, or real estate.
- Proven track record in account management, ideally from a recruiting agency or executive search background.
- Successful track record in filling diverse roles across different locations.
- Ready and willing to work on-site Monday – Thursday in our Fulton Market office.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor’s Degree.
