Our client is a multinational OEM focused on improving the competitiveness of their existing technology, while simultaneously building and operating renewable energy projects in the Americas. Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Technology Officer will be the face of this organization’s technological initiatives (both future and existing). Additionally, the candidate will manage a global R&D and Engineering team, and will be responsible for broad-based innovation and market strategy. The perfect candidate is someone with superior engineering capabilities, but also someone who can present well both internally and externally, drive growth, and foster a team-oriented work environment.
Requirements:
- EE or ME
- 10+ years of engineering w/in the renewable energy industry
- 5+ years of team management experience
- International Travel 10% – 20%
