Director, Portfolio & Asset Management

We are seeking Director, Portfolio & Asset Management to create/implement a growth plan and asset optimization strategy. The position will create a standardized due diligence process to acquire late-stage projects and operational assets. Those experienced with M&A, asset management or portfolio management within a buy-side environment are highly encouraged to apply. Wind and solar asset management experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial operations of a large portfolio of renewable energy assets. Create reporting, data analysis and asset optimization initiatives.
• Provide data driven actionable strategies to grow a commercially dynamic portfolio.
• Coordinate with executive team to devise a strategy focused on identifying favorable markets, commercial strategies.
• Coordinate M&A activity focusing on operating assets and shovel-ready projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and optimization teams to suggest areas of improvement.
