Business Development – Executive Search

Joe Amara Executive Search is a boutique executive search firm representing renewable energy and emerging infrastructure companies. We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Executive Search, to join our team located in Fulton Market, Chicago.

• Develop new business by networking with renewable energy executives. Expand customer base through networking and social media campaigns. Educate renewable energy executives about our recruiting capabilities and our firm’s successful trackrecord.
• Drive client engagements, gather position requirements, guide interview processes, and counsel clients through offer preparation and extension.
• Utilize internal recruiting resources. Review candidate qualifications by utilizing our screening process. Guide candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and tracking. If needed, perform full life cycle recruiting.
• Utilize applicant tracking system. Participate in weekly team meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development in recruiting or business services is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully developing business.
• The ability to work on-site in our Fulton Market office.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
